Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Care Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour Job Types: Part-time, PRN Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, holidays and weekends as needed Start Date: ASAP Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, in-home nursing care to patients requiring clinical support, monitoring, and education. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical judgment, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care in the home setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes Educate patients and families on disease management, safety, and home care techniques Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate, timely documentation Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards Qualifications Home health experience: 3 years (Required) RN experience: 5 years (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Associate or Bachelor Degree (Required) Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required) CPR Certification (Required) Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable English proficiency (Required) Preferred Skills Experience with tracheostomy care Tube feeding management Hoyer lift or transfer-assist equipment Familiarity with electronic documentation systems Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
