Acts as a key advisor to leadership and drives market growth strategies.Key Responsibilities:Lead large-scale or high-visibility product marketing strategiesDefine long-term market positioning and customer strategiesInfluence product roadmap decisions through market insightDrive executive-level communications and launch readinessLead strategic cross-functional initiativesMentor and develop product marketing talentEstablish scalable frameworks, processes, and best practicesRequired Experience:7-10+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, product, or related fieldBachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, including product messaging and storytellingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGrowing strategic thinking and business acumenCollaborative cross-functional partnerAbility to influence internal and external customersNRG Energy is committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
