Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Location: Algiers, LA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, 8x schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week, expectation of working up to 40 hours.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient experience and be comfortable managing a diverse patient population, seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and progress monitoring.
- Maintain productivity standards with an expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Outpatient experience is preferred.
- Will accept first-time travelers; however, no new graduates will be considered.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
