Now Hiring: Associate Professional — Level III Residential Facility

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Associate Professional to join our Level III Residential Facility team. This position offers room for growth , a flexible schedule , and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth receiving residential treatment services.

Position: Associate Professional
Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience
Location: Level III Residential Facility

Requirements:
Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be professional, dependable, organized, and able to work effectively with staff, youth, families, and treatment team members.

Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with new employee orientation
• Provide crisis management and de-escalation support as needed
• Complete monthly staff supervisions
• Ensure daily staff tasks are completed
• Review ShareNotes documentation
• Review facility logbooks weekly
• Assist with intake of new clients
• Support staff accountability and program compliance
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential treatment setting, behavioral health, child/adolescent services, or a related human services field. Candidates must be able to model appropriate professional behavior, support structure within the facility, and help ensure quality care and supervision for residents.
