About the Role: Dashlane is hiring a People Operations Lead (Senior IC) to drive US generalist operations while shaping global HR initiatives and modernizing our workflows through smart automation. You’ll join a collaborative team spanning New York, Paris, and Lisbon, reporting directly to our global Director, People. Beyond delivering day-to-day HR support for our US team, you’ll own our end-to-end global onboarding experience, lead global benefits reviews in partnership with local People Partners, and leverage tools like generative AI to scale our operations efficiently. Location-Specific Information: You will be based in New York with English as your working language. Lead Global New Hire Experience/Onboarding: Maintain and continuously elevate our hybrid-friendly, technology-enabled onboarding process as we scale, using new hire feedback to refine the program. Be the Point Person for US Dashlaners: Serve as the primary People/HR point of contact for the US team—answering policy and benefits questions and guiding team members throughout their journey at Dashlane. Partner closely with managers to prepare for new joiners, serve as a trusted advisor from the moment an offer is signed, and run 15-day check-in meetings with every US hire to build trust, gather feedback, and ensure smooth integration into the Dashlane community. Analyze & Report on People/HR Metrics: Track, analyze, and present key People/HR metrics (such as onboarding sentiment, engagement survey results, and retention trends) across the entire employee lifecycle to deliver actionable data insights to People leadership. Execute Foundational Operations: Directly manage day-to-day operational logistics, including background checks, BambooHR data entry, and coordination with Workplace Experience and IT for equipment and swag delivery. Maintain Core People/HR Systems & Global Scope: Administer key platforms supporting performance management, engagement surveys, exit surveys, US benefits, and employee communications, while leading the global benefits review process in close partnership with local People Partners. Automate & Modernize Workflows: Identify manual friction points and implement compliant automations and AI tools (such as Gemini and Claude) to streamline repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining strict data governance. Foster Culture & Growth: Spearhead continuous efforts to celebrate team success and coordinate training and development programs, including encouraging talented Dashlaners to create and host internal mini-trainings. Build Compliance into Daily Operations: Maintain lightweight operational safeguards, run periodic audits, and ensure compliance across all HR processes and tool usage. Requirements: 5+ years HR experience, preferable in a tech startup in People/HR space or other experience with strong project management and communications skills We're Also Looking For: Broad Capability & Passion for HR: Strong foundational knowledge across core HR domains, with a drive and ability to learn quickly and operate autonomously. Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to collect, analyze, and translate People data (like engagement surveys or retention trends) into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Attention to Detail & Organization: Exceptional execution skills with a track record of keeping operational details structured and error-free. Empathetic & Engaging Style: Strong interpersonal skills that enable genuine connections, effective team collaboration, and a deep understanding of employee needs. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
