Position Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Food Attendant , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our café runs smoothly and our guests have a delightful experience. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in our café.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive individual with a passion for customer service and a love for creating positive experiences.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a food service or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
• Must be available on weekends and school holidays.
