Job Opportunity – Emergency Room / Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: West Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7 on / 7 off rotation, Thursday through Wednesday, night shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Highlights:

• Critical Access Hospital with 14-bed capacity and 4-bed Emergency Department
• Dual ER and Medical-Surgical experience in a dynamic acute care environment
• 2-3 swing bed capacity for additional patient care continuity
• Orientation begins on day shift before transitioning to permanent night schedule
• Housing may be available through the facility during scheduled shifts (based on availability)
• Compressed work schedule allows for extended time off between rotations

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Reliable personal transportation required (rental or personal vehicle)
• Availability to begin orientation a few days prior to official start date
