About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its professional organization dedicated to advancing educational leadership. This pivotal role involves serving as the intellectual and operational steward, with a focus on organizational strategy, governance, fiscal operations, publications, conferences, and member engagement. The successful candidate will be a visionary and collaborative leader, partnering closely with the Executive Committee, professional staff, and a diverse international membership. A deep commitment to equity and inclusion, as well as demonstrated expertise in educational leadership, is essential. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the organization's impact, innovation, and service, and must have the ability to bridge research, practice, and policy across multiple audiences and sectors.
