Job Description

Henderson Implement and Outdoor Power Co. is seeking a qualified Repair Ag Technician to join our Service Department at our Columbia and Fulton, MO locations. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of agricultural and light construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, service repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment such as tractors, combines, hay equipment, and light construction machinery
Complete repairs both in the shop and in the field as needed
Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed work on service orders
Utilize and learn manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, including New Holland software through the New Holland learning portal

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in both shop and field environments
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and diagnostic tools
Valid driver’s license required

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a proven track record of quality work and reliability.

Position Details:

Full-time position
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend work available as needed (optional)
