Technology Management Level 3 - New York, NY - Contract - $53-63 Per HR
Morgan Stanley is seeking a dedicated individual for a communications lead role in a dynamic, hybrid work environment based in New York, NY. This contract position requires managing communication strategies, developing content, and coordinating with various stakeholders using advanced technology tools.
Description- Lead planning and execution of a comprehensive communications portfolio.
- Maintain a forward-looking editorial calendar and manage multiple workstreams.
- Develop and edit high-quality content for diverse communication formats.
- Drive communication execution for major awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align messaging and manage priorities.
- Support employee engagement through event communications.
- Implement AI and automation tools to enhance communication workflows.
- Translate divisional priorities into strategic communication plans.
- Manage the content lifecycle including drafting, editing, and distribution.
- Oversee execution of communication campaigns, ensuring quality control.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
- Leverage metrics to refine communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
- Strong command of brand and editorial standards.
- Experience managing communications in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Experience in internal, executive, or change communications in large organizations.
