Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, formulating individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving physical function and mobility, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse array of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, enhance treatment efficacy, and deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, ensuring they adhere to established protocols and assist in achieving patient goals.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of physical therapy and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
