Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour day shifts with 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Minimum 3 years exclusive NICU experience in level 3 NICU or higher required
• Must be ventilator trained
• Nevada Registered Nurse license required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview
• May be required to float to other departments up to competency level
• Required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period
• Provide optimal patient care for neonatal patients using nursing process
• Accountable for individualized patient outcomes over entire episode of care
• Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients and families
• Coordinate care between other professionals as needed
• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and call shifts
• Facility reserves right to call off without penalty with 48 hours notice for low census
