Assembler IIIThe Assembler III completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform work instructions to complete product assembly and according to standardized work proceduresBuild assemblies using work instructions, work orders, and drawings as a guideMaintain accountability for product and process quality levels and required documentationSet up equipment in preparation for production ordersReceive parts and sub-assemblies in work areaComplete pre-assembly work if requiredDocument actions by completing production and quality formsEnsure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures while maintaining clean and safe work environmentQualificationsExperience:Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.PreferredIPC J-STD-001 certificationExperience in high-reliability industries (aerospace and defense)Basic troubleshooting of SMT equipmentAbout UsAt Frontgrade, we build mission-critical electronics that perform without compromise in the world's most demanding environments, from deep space to national defense.
