Eye Make It Happen Med Spa is seeking an experienced, independently practicing Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to provide contracted clinical services at our Duluth location.

We desire provider coverage approximately two to three days per week. Specific coverage dates will be mutually agreed upon according to the provider’s submitted availability and patient demand.

The contracted provider will perform approved facial and body injectable treatments, patient evaluations, weight-management consultations, wellness services, IV hydration, prescribing, and follow-up care within the provider’s licensure, documented competency, applicable Georgia requirements, and the practice’s approved clinical protocols.

Contractor Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP/APRN license
• Current national board certification
• Appropriate Georgia prescribing authority or eligibility to establish the required nurse protocol agreement
• Minimum of two years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Independent professional liability/malpractice insurance
• W-9 and ability to receive 1099 compensation
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, contraindications, emergency response, and injectable-complication management
• Ability to provide professional references and an aesthetic treatment portfolio
• Freedom and ability to provide professional services to other practices, subject to confidentiality and patient-protection requirements

This is an independent-contractor opportunity and does not include employee benefits, paid time off, guaranteed weekly hours, or exclusivity. Compensation, coverage availability, clinical responsibilities, documentation expectations, and termination provisions will be established in a written professional-services agreement.
