Job Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and user-obsessed UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. In this role, you will lead the design process from concept to execution—translating complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and users to continuously improve our product aesthetics and usability.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona creation to gather actionable insights and inform design decisions.
• Information Architecture: Develop wireframes, site maps, user flows, and storyboards to map out intuitive customer journeys.
• UI Design: Create visually stunning, modern, and pixel-perfect high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design Systems: Build, maintain, and expand scalable design systems, UI kit libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all products.
• Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes (using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) to validate ideas, conduct user testing, and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Developer Hand-Off: Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and technical constraints are addressed early.

Skills & Qualifications

• Design Tools: Mastery of standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• UX Methodologies: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Front-End Familiarity: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and component libraries (e.g., React components) to facilitate seamless collaboration with developers.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to turn complex technical requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Portfolio & Experience: A strong online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX research, wireframing, and polished UI design; 1–3+ years of digital product design experience.
