Computer Systems Analyst III

SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Computer Systems Analyst III . Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Job Summary : SEACORP is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III for our Hardware Solutions Business Area. They will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of software solutions for Electronic Warfare Systems. Responsibilities include: Development/reviews, software implementation and testing, and system integration. Experience in the Electronic Warfare domain desired. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Hardware, Computer Software, Electronics Technician, or Engineering Experience: Ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in systems analysis and design techniques A combined total of Five (5) years of full-time professional experience in all of the following skillsets/disciplines: Virtual computing environments (e.g. VMWare, VirtualBox, PROXMOX, XCP-ng) Software containerization application and utilization (e.g. Docker, IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Software configuration management of tracking bug/enhancements in software releases Repository management experience (e.g. Git, Mercurial) Scripting (e.g. bash, pearl) A combined total of Three (3) years of professional experience with each of the following technologies: Relevant hardware architecture (e.g. Versa Module Eurocard (VME, VPX, Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA)) Configuration of local area networks Machine learning and neural networks Assembly level languages System and network cyber security related activities to include design, implementation, configuration and enforcement of security Clearance: TS/SCI As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship Location: Norfolk, VA Travel: Infrequently ( Clearance: Top Secret Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - This positions requires the following physical activities: Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and looking at computer screens.
