Key Responsibilities

Educational Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or possess) an active Virginia medical license.
• Preferred certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
