Position Overview

We’re currently expanding our national remote team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to launch a career in Fully Remote Position Entry Level, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options and ensuring they receive top-tier support—no previous experience required.
This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible remote work, a strong support system, and a fast-paced environment where growth and development are encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing

Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls
Answering questions and guiding customers through their benefit options
Keeping client records up to date and organized using internal systems
Delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset
Collaborating with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow

What You Bring

You’re 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No previous insurance or customer service experience? That’s okay—we train you.
Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first attitude
Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
Tech comfort: able to use tools like Zoom, email, and digital tracking systems
