Job Title 2nd Shift Feed Mill Technician Location Smithton, MO Starting Pay $21.35/hour Description JBS Live Pork Smithton is looking for a full‑time 2nd shift Feed Mill Production Technician. This position is part of an excellent team that is responsible for manufacturing and shipping animal feed. Responsibilities Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e. grinders, batching scales, mixers, feed cleaners, pellet mills, coolers, sample and receive ingredients by truck, and monitor ingredient inventory levels. Manufacture feeds to ensure that they meet specifications and food safety requirements. Schedule production based on priorities and customer demands. Keep accurate, legible records. Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean workplace. Required Qualifications Local to Smithton, MO area. Regular and reliable transportation. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds. Attention to detail. Ability to clean and organize work areas. Interpersonal skills for working with other employees. Available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in feed milling or industrial manufacturing work.
