Global life science technology leader seeks a 5+ year business‑savvy attorney with major firm training for a broad‑based role that reports to and collaborates closely with the General Counsel of this $1 billion revenue business. This lawyer will be responsible for supporting commercial, transactional and compliance matters, and counseling business leads across the globe on a wide‑range of corporate and operational matters. Significant experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated agreements (commercial, M&A, acquisition or other strategic agreements) and counseling clients is a must.
