Direct Support Professional

We're seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people we support. As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals in living independently, achieving personal goals, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct care and support to individuals in their homes.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills.
• Providing transportation to appointments, community outings, and activities.
• Administering medications and monitoring health conditions as required.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and records.
• Completing all required training modules and certifications.
• Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off, Asleep Overnight

Asleep Rate: $11/Hourly

Awake Rate: $15/Hourly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license, if driving is required for the position.
• No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Serious Speed, Driving While License Suspended, etc) in the past 5 years.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and other customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy.
