As a Client Support Center Associate, you will act as a key point of contact for customer and technical support inquiries. You will leverage technology, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional service experiences while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and accurately. The Client Support Center Associate is responsible for providing technical and customer support across multiple channels, systems, and platforms. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer and technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Quickly learn and navigate new software applications, business systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms to document, track, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Manage support requests through ServiceNow or comparable IT service management (ITSM) systems, including incident tracking and resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using remote support tools and established support procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams using communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, support activities, and resolution outcomes.
• Generate reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and related reporting tools.
• Monitor and track customer service metrics to support operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effectively multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a positive customer experience.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and support tools to continuously enhance technical knowledge and service capabilities.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, customer support, or service center environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience learning and working within multiple software applications and business systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through resolutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with an empathetic and professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar systems.
• Experience using ServiceNow or other IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Experience with live chat platforms and remote support tools such as Intercom, TeamViewer, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams and Slack.
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of customer support best practices and service delivery standards.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and continuous learning of new tools and systems.
