We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Coordinator to support and strengthen our Service Center Operations in Covington, GA. This role is intended for a professional who can work independently, manage complex service activity, and serve as a key operational partner to technicians, customers, and service leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in industrial, equipment, or field service environments who is ready to bring their experience to a stable, fast‑paced operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently coordinate service schedules, work orders, and technician assignments
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service status, estimates, and timelines
- Communicate daily with field technicians to prioritize work and resolve service issues
- Review and maintain accurate service documentation, records, and work orders
- Support service estimates, parts coordination, invoicing accuracy, and warranty documentation
- Track technician time, service activity, and follow‑up items
- Assist service leadership with reporting, operational tracking, and process improvement
- Maintain an organized, compliant, and safety‑focused service office environment
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or service center operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple technicians, work orders, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong customer communication skills, including handling escalated or time‑sensitive situations
- Experience with service management, dispatch, or ERP/CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- High attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and accountability
- Comfort working in an industrial, equipment, or mechanical service environment

- Warranty processing and claim follow‑up
- Service estimates, parts pricing, or billing support
- Technician time tracking or expense review
- Experience in heavy equipment, forklift, rental equipment, or industrial service operations
