Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs.
- Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for the team.
- Lead shifts, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash drawers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
