What You Will Do Count and record inventory with precision. Capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication during inventory events. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals. Earn productivity‑based wage increases. Prefer experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales representatives, driver, or warehouse work. No inventory experience? No problem. Training will be provided. Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, or medical sales environment. Completion of required pharmacy and hospital training certification. Compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts. Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Working Conditions This position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally by air; the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch for low inventory, use a step stool, and lift up to 25 lbs.
