Licensed Practical Nurse

Valiant Living is a recovery and treatment center providing comprehensive, individualized care for those experiencing chemical dependency. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our detox and assessment team and help support clients on their path to recovery. Responsibilities The LPN is responsible for supporting the day-to-day medical and wellness needs of clients in a detox setting. This role includes intake assessments, medication administration, health monitoring, and collaboration with the clinical and medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assist with intake nursing assessments Administer and manage medications Monitor vitals and client health status Document assessments, medical information, and updates in EMR Coordinate lab work and communicate results to care teams Collaborate with nursing leadership, providers, and clinical staff Assist with infectious disease prevention and health screenings Provide first aid and respond to emergent health concerns Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Support discharge planning and continuity of care Qualifications Active LPN license (required) CPR and First Aid certification (required) Experience in detox, behavioral health, or related settings preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Schedule Night Shift- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7am-7pm Pay Range: $38.00-$39.00 We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on making a meaningful impact.
