Ambulatory Pharmacist - Full Time
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacist responsible for dispensing prescriptions and monitoring medication therapy according to regulations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school and a minimum of one year of pharmacy experience.
The position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
The starting salary for this role is $148,262.40 annually, reflecting the organization's commitment to pay equity and transparency.

Responsibilities include complying with all state and federal regulations and Medical Center policies and procedures relating to drug dispensing, reviewing and dispensing prescriptions, monitoring patient drug therapy regimens for clinical appropriateness, performing assigned unit and pharmacy inspections, overseeing activities of ancillary personnel, employing principles of safe medication practice, and identifying the needs of the patient population served.
