Acute Care Physical Therapist – Non-Profit Hospital | Max 8 Patients/Day | $5K Sign-On Highlights/Benefits Major Non-Profit Hospital System Qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)! Patient-centered model: Expected to see 7-8 patients per day maximum $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance High-acuity caseload: ICU, severe trauma, neuro, and complex post-op Work on a massive, highly collaborative acute team with dedicated Rehab Aides for transport/setup Extensive 8-week structured onboarding process paired with a senior preceptor Flexible scheduling: Open to 4x10s or 5x8s Weekend Rotation: Only 1 in 6 weekends required (paid at a premium overtime rate) Paid Time Off (PTO) = 22 days annually Full-time, permanent position About the Physical Therapist Position Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
