Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Support: PT Tech/Aide available.
• Patient volume: 2 patients per hour.
