Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Director to own occupancy growth at one of our Spectrum retirement communities. You’ll develop and execute the community’s sales strategy end-to-end — building referral relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the decision process, and ensuring a steady pipeline that supports long-term occupancy stability. What You’ll Do Drive sustainable occupancy growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy with effective lead management and conversion. Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations. Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, delivering an exceptional experience and partnering with Operations for seamless resident transitions. Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversion outcomes. Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and sales reporting. Expected potential incentive compensation of $4,500 per month or more. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience required; senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or consultative sales backgrounds preferred. Genuine passion for serving older adults and enhancing quality of life for residents and their families. Strong relationship-builder who can guide families through complex, often emotional decisions with empathy and professionalism. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and consistently hit occupancy goals. Data-savvy — comfortable analyzing conversion metrics, referral source effectiveness, and market trends to drive results. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
