The Continuous Improvement Champion is responsible for leading the implementation of the SLB Continuous Improvement (CI) program within a technology center or department. This role partners with line management to lead improvement projects, coach employees in the application of CI tools and methodologies, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The CI Champion ensures improvement efforts are aligned with business objectives, managed according to the program requirements. This person conducts CI training and develops and implements a local strategy to enable centers and departments to achieve operational excellence. Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and support center-level Continuous Improvement initiatives aligned with business objectivesPartner with Manufacturing to drive cost leadership, sustain 5S/6S programs, optimize process flow, and identify value stream improvement opportunitiesDevelop a strong Continuous Improvement culture through coaching, training, recognition, and deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, and other CI methodologiesManage the CI governance process by validating project benefits, monitoring site savings performance, and tracking utilization of CI-trained personnelSupport the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital Continuous Improvement tools, reporting systems, and analytics platformsExecute Concurrent Lifecycle Management procedures related to CI and provide feedback to continuously improve those.
