- Monitor client progress by maintaining detailed and accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment strategies as needed. \n

- Engage in regular supervision and continuous education to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest research in mental health treatment. \n
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional integrity in all interactions. \n
The clients you will support often have complex mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. You will work closely with individuals in the county jail system, ensuring that they receive the necessary support during critical times. - A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n
