As a Director of Nursing at Aspire Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of personal care services are delivered to our residents.

About the Role:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality of care.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to promote the organization's mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.

• Conduct staff training and education to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Identify and address patient concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
