Front Desk Reservation Specialist (Part-Time)
Maui Classic Charters – Kihei, Maui

Maui Classic Charters is looking for a confident, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Reservation Agent to provide exceptional customer service while helping guests create unforgettable experiences.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable using computers and learning reservation software.

To be considered for this position, applicants must already be living on Maui.

Schedule

• Part-time: Starts at 2 days per week with the opportunity to grow into 3 days per week.
• Availability Requirement: Applicants must be available to work either Friday & Saturday or Friday & Sunday on a consistent basis. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate applicants who are unavailable for these required shifts.
• Must be willing to work holidays.
• Open to picking up additional shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations by phone, email, and periodically in person
• Answer questions about our snorkeling tours and private charters
• Process bookings, payments, and modifications accurately and efficiently
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and resolve issues that may arise
• Work closely with the office and crew to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while multitasking in a office setting

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Previous reservation, hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience is preferred
