WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a high-performing Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale salon environment and is driven by results. This is not a traditional receptionist role -this is a sales-focused, revenue-generating position . You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail . If you have experience in a busy salon, medspa, or luxury service environment and love the thrill of hitting goals and earning more based on performance, you'll fit right in. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver a polished, high-touch guest experience from check-in to checkout Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term clients Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail) Experience in a fast-paced, high-end or luxury service environment Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close Comfortable on the phone-able to convert, not just answer Goal-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution-oriented under pressure Tech-savvy with booking systems, Microsoft systems, and POS platforms Availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays is required COMPENSATION & PERKS Competitive hourly base pay plus performance incentives -your earning potential is directly tied to your results Work in a stylish, high-end salon environment with a supportive, team-driven culture Health benefit : Complimentary access to virtual medical care Exclusive team perks , including complimentary lash and brow services If you're motivated by results, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be rewarded for your ability to sell while delivering an exceptional guest experience, we want to meet you Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
