A " Busser" is responsible for representing and living up to our company standards. They provide guests with service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to make sure all areas are clean and compliant with sanitation specifications.

• Serves our guests by maintaining clean dining areas, tables, chairs, etc.
• Adheres to all food sanitation and workplace safety standards
• Maintains proper table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to spills or other special requests from our guests
