We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help residents improve their physical function, mobility, and independence in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves supporting therapy goals and educating residents on exercises and activities to maintain progress after discharge.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with physical therapy treatments and exercises.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and daily functioning.
• Support treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Educate residents on home exercises and activity modifications.
• Document services using electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.

Schedule & Pay

• Employment: Full-time
• Shift: Day shift.
• Pay: $28–$34 per hour.
