Perfect Smile Dental is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

The Details
Position: Full-Time RDH
Schedule: Monday-Friday (hello, work-life balance!)

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in helping our patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for by:
• Providing exceptional preventive dental care and oral hygiene education
• Performing cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, and digital X-rays
• Keeping accurate, detailed patient records
• Collaborating with a friendly, supportive team to deliver outstanding patient experiences

Who We're Looking For
You're a great fit if you:
• Hold an active Pennsylvania RDH license (required)
• Love connecting with patients and building trust
• Thrive in a team-oriented, positive environment
• Are comfortable with digital charting and modern dental technology (bonus points!)
