• High school diploma with hands-on staffing experience, or a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or communications.
• One to three years of background in volume hiring, field recruitment, or human resources.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Optional credentials: SHRM or HRCI certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to gain an understanding of current and anticipated staffing needs; develop and execute field recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and agencies, area job centers, schools, and universities.
• Lead and organize local and industry job fairs, as well as career fairs and events.
• Effectively source qualified job candidates via computer databases, networking, and job fairs.
• Interview job applicants to pre-screen for job qualifications and inform applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities.
