With unparalleled expertise from RIDGID, Greenlee, HDE, and Klauke, we deliver tools our customers trust to handle their toughest challenges.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Carry out circuit design and PCB layout while following relevant design standards.Define, plan, and coordinate development, product qualification, safety, and regulatory-compliance testing.Conduct concept feasibility assessments and technical risk evaluations for new products.Evaluate new and emerging technologies.Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers, including hands-on problem solving, and debugging.Support field investigations, manufacturing, and supply chain issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.Who You Are:You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning. You understand internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs.For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience with electrical engineering for product design.
