This is a great opportunity for someone with quality control experience who's looking for long-term stability, flexibility in scheduling, and a supportive work environment. Location: Buffalo, MN Wage: $19 $22/hr, depending on experience Hours: Monday Friday | 8:00 am 5:00 pm Flexible scheduling available (e.g., 4x10s or 4x9s with a half day)

Duties of the Quality Control Inspector:

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Measure components using micrometers, calipers, and other gages
• Inspect incoming raw materials
• Troubleshoot quality issues and implement improvements
• Review production reports and ensure compliance
• Lead warranty return process development
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately

Requirements of the Quality Control Inspector:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year quality control experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read blueprints and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to be trained on forklift operations
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods
