Quality Control Inspector
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? Twin City Staffing is hiring a quality control inspector for a growing manufacturing company in Buffalo, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality control experience who's looking for long-term stability, flexibility in scheduling, and a supportive work environment. Location: Buffalo, MN Wage: $19 $22/hr, depending on experience Hours: Monday Friday | 8:00 am 5:00 pm Flexible scheduling available (e.g., 4x10s or 4x9s with a half day)

Duties of the Quality Control Inspector:
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Measure components using micrometers, calipers, and other gages
- Inspect incoming raw materials
- Troubleshoot quality issues and implement improvements
- Review production reports and ensure compliance
- Lead warranty return process development
- Participate in corrective and preventive actions
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Requirements of the Quality Control Inspector:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year quality control experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to be trained on forklift operations
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods
