The role focuses on evaluating HECM reverse mortgage files and ensuring underwriting decisions comply with FHA guidelines and company policy. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in mortgage underwriting, experience with reverse mortgages, and FHA Direct Endorsement is highly valued.
