We are looking for great human beings to join our team! You must have a clean driving record and prior box truck driving experience to be approved on our auto policy and to be hired for this position. Hourly wages of $18-$22 for those approved on our auto policy, depending on your level of experience as both a driver and mover, plus tips, commissions and performance bonuses. The job is based out of Foxborough, MA and includes both driving and moving responsibilities. Part-time and full-time hours available. We hire based on a positive attitude, effort, and experience. We want people that are willing to show up on time, work hard, and can endure the physical labor. If you are able to do that, there are lots of opportunities for you to earn additional income with us and move up within the company. The first 90 days will be a probationary period where all aspects of job performance are subject to internal review from management.

As a Driver and Mover, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.

Essential duties include: going out of your way to be friendly to everyone you come in contact with throughout the day especially your clients; looking, acting and becoming a friendly college hunk starting with the uniform; educating clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction; safely operating at all times; making sure all daily truck inspections are performed; ensuring truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material; pricing jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks; being able to make logistical decisions; leading your team by relevant example; helping to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values; completing daily checklists; preventing careless and costly mistakes; and checking in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.

Requirements include: being eligible to work in the United States; having reliable transportation to work; being able to lift up to 125+ pounds for an extended period of time; enjoying hard work, world class customer service and helping others; wanting to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity; being drug free; and being able to pass a federal background check.
