Advertising Sales Executive - Brattleboro LPi has served churches, nonprofits, and community organizations for more than 50 years, providing print and digital communication solutions that help these organizations connect with and grow their communities. We are seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to join our sales team and help expand our reach across an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Compensation and Work Environment
- Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings range from $60,000 to $65,000
- Established sales representatives average approximately $85,000 annually, based on performance
- High-performing representatives in established territories have the opportunity to earn six-figure incomes
- Field-based role with home office and customer-facing work throughout the territory
- Approximately 30% overnight travel required into New Hampshire
- Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following employment
Key Responsibilities
- Sell digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and ongoing account support
- Use company-provided technology and sales tools to track activity and achieve performance goals
- Are comfortable making outbound sales calls and managing a high volume of daily activity
- Enjoy developing new business and building long-term client relationships
- Demonstrate resilience and persistence throughout the sales process
- Are self-motivated and able to manage your time and territory independently
- Have a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
