About This Role The Supervisor of Nurses at NYC Health and Hospitals is responsible for directing and administering nursing care to patients, coordinating activities with various healthcare professionals, and executing medical regimens. Highlights Pay: $118,749/year Location: Queens, NY Facility: NYC Health + Hospitals/Correctional Health Services Department/Unit: NURSING Schedule: Full-Time, Night (8:00 P.M – 8:30 A.M) What You’ll Do Diagnose and treat human responses to health problems through data collection and physical assessment. Coordinate nursing care activities with physicians, administration, and correctional staff. Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive care to patients. Execute medical regimens prescribed by licensed healthcare providers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Requirements Experience: Experience as a Supervisor of Nurses preferred. Additional Compensation Annual education differential based on degree: Bachelors in allied health discipline = $900 Masters in allied health discipline = $1,200 Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) = $1,800 Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) = $2,000 Doctorate in Education, Nursing Practice or PhD in Nursing (DNP) = $2,500 Annual certification differential ranging from $1,878 up to $4,878 for recognized certifications. Annual nursing experience differential ranging from $1,097 up to $9,100 for up to 10 years of experience.
