Schedule/Shift: B Shift, Wednesday - Saturday / 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM ($21/hr) Job Purpose: The Inventory Control Lead supervises and coordinates activities related to inventory management in stockrooms, warehouses, or yards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain layout and organization of storage areas considering turnover, size, and weight. Review records and recommend actions for non-usable, slow-moving, or excess stock. Ensure accuracy and compliance of inventory records. Schedule and oversee periodic inventories. Prepare reports from inventory data. Investigate discrepancies and recommend remedial actions. Provide instructions and coordinate workflow with team members. Assign duties and review work for quality and policy compliance. Other tasks as assigned. Additional Responsibilities: Read and interpret safety and operational documents. Write routine reports and correspondence. Count physical inventory accurately. Use computer systems to manage inventory data. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in Inventory Control and 1-2 years in warehouse environment. Experience operating forklifts and high lifts. Knowledge of WMS software (Synapse preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED.
