JOB DESCRIPTION Serves food, beverages, and desserts to customers in a full service fast food restaurant, request customers order, serve customers in a hospitable and professional manner to insure they are satisfied with their dining experience, ring up and give customers their bills, monitor food quality, clean table after customers are gone, complete assigned side work. Overview of Tasks Serve customers using Shoney’s Signature 10 step procedure, greet customers with a smile, take customers order, (assist in answering any question pertaining to menu the customer might have), call/turn order into kitchen, may prepare fountain drinks, serve foods quickly and in a friendly manner, make sure customers have everything they need to complete their meal, give customers their bill, clean assigned station, do assigned side work, maintain cleanliness of work area, have phone etiquette, assist with salad bar duties when 'needed, comply to all rules and regulation set forth by Shoney's.
