• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Administer medications as authorized and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor residents' physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral well-being.
• Provide dementia care, behavioral support, reassurance, and redirection when needed.
• Support residents with mental health conditions and developmental disabilities using person-centered approaches.
• Implement individualized care plans, behavioral support strategies, and safety interventions.
• Prepare meals and assist residents with feeding as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Complete daily care documentation and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
• Respond promptly to call lights and residents' needs.
• Encourage residents' independence, participation in activities, and community engagement.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals
