Entry-Level Insurance Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

As an Entry-Level Insurance Agent, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their coverage needs, explain available plans clearly, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

You’ll receive training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship from the beginning. No previous insurance experience is required.

As you develop your client base, you’ll also have the opportunity to build a book of business with long-term and residual income potential.

This is a performance-based opportunity, so your income is directly connected to your effort, consistency, and results. There is no ceiling on what you can build over time.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by clear goals, and is comfortable working independently. A people-focused background can be a good fit for this opportunity.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $120,000+

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on various life insurance plans, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.
• Track and manage your sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
• Utilize company resources and tools to streamline client interactions and improve service delivery.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance client interactions and manage tasks efficiently.
