POSITION SUMMARY An Office Assistant supports a store in daily professional tasks. This role focuses on office tasks such as data entry and account information follow up. Duties vary depending on the need but typically include assisting the automotive repair shop with phone calls, giving rides, running errands, scheduling appointments, customer service, finalizing invoices and supporting ownership. Clerical help is the main focus of this person's daily tasks. We are looking for someone who is: Organized Friendly Flexible Attentive Fast Learner Willing to learn Good Multitasker If you think you would be a good fit, please submit a resume or email why you would be a good fit.
